The 'Body On Me' hitmaker has reportedly decided to buy a place of her own in the Californian city so she doesn't have to keep booking hotel rooms for her visits.<br />A source told The Sun newspaper: "Rita spends a lot of time in America and normally either stays in a hotel or rents a place with her team.
